    I would just say practice practice practice. Til you get it right. Spend days on it - it's important. I don't see any real boundaries between design and copywriting - they're the same process: a blend of art and sales, symbols and emotions, persuasion and commentary. Engage your potential client as such, woo them with something to impress, comfort and assure them with the familiar, excite them with the unknown. They must have you on their next project - it's vital, you know that. They know their shit, they need you to take it to the world and excite and engage their customers from the moment they see your work; don't tell - show.
