Yeah Monospaced, I recieved no warning.
My work was highly praised by my coworkers, I have a bit of documentation. It's the Exec. Director who had a problem with me from day 1. She was actually pretty gross, I dealt with a little bit of sexual harassment BUT that's incredibly hard to prove for it to hold up in court in NYC. Glad to be gone, it was a pretty toxic environment where I was often in earshot of offensive anti-LGBTQ shit from coworkers who were close with the ED outside of work.
What's keeping me sane though... I am collaborating with some orgs who truly feed my soul + do good work in the world! Yes!... but yeah... I want to make sure that she n' her higher ups know that it wasn't OK.
Man! I wasn't expecting all this support (kind of new on this forum; after a 3yr hiatus at least... the temperature has changed! Or maybe I got in on a good spirited night ;) Ha!
