I'm trying to figure out if it's something I want to embrace or not. I feel pretty successful at finding new music and buying it on itunes, and I'm fine with that. I never considered my music listening habits to be something I wanted to intertwine with my social presence on the web. It seems strange to be listening to music on a "service" and not on my ipad or ipod in which music I purchased is saved.
But, in the couple of days I've been testing it out, it's been nice to see friend's playlists and easily share songs and albums with them. It kind of gives me an outlet to share things quickly and get people into my favorite bands, and vice versa.
For those of you that are heavy users, do you pretty much use it now instead of music on an mp3 player?
- And, I can already tell it will be a massive productivity killer at work, so I'm not sure I want it long-term.mg33
