    Got bored... replied to him.

Twiddles thumbs until response. Maybe 357print has something to say?

QBN is not liable for the opinions and views of it's community members, if that is the website you're talking about, quite how you go about legal proceedings against an open online community expressing views I don't know. Especially when they raise valid concern about your deceit.

By contracting another company to do your website for you, criminal misdeed on their part can still be attributed to your company through negligence.

The artworks that were 'accidentally' uploaded to your site had some editing to remove telling signs that it belonged to others. If you truly value protecting artists, as you said in your previous email, then perhaps you should shed light on who it was that developed your website and wrongfully doctored copyright material and uploaded it in your name, so as to clear yourself.

Why would you have your attorneys ready for a discussion where no legal threat has been made? As a man in the business, who knows their law as well as you allude to, you'd know that a call from me to you could not be pursued in any legal manner. By suggesting you need attorneys with you for a simple discussion suggests you are indeed aware you are guilty.

The work still on your site that I have found to be infringing copyright only appears in that exact form on your site. It does seem odd that a company employed to build you a website would spend their own time (and money) creating unique, legally scrupulous material on your behalf.

As a web developer, I regularly like to test things out, and often in development I use whatever folder of images I have on my hard drive. I can't see myself downloading images, then doctoring them before seeing how a page looks, as this is simply a waste of time.

Because you have printed a piece of work before (not created by yourself) does not mean you have ownership of rights to that artwork.

None of those 5 business cards are designed or printed by you. Did some silly intern accidentally make that and upload it to your personal Facebook account?
