I'd flip the logo to the left. get rid of the search thing.
Add a bit of spacing below each thumb, it's hard to tell which title belongs to which once you get further down the page.
I'd consider cutting it down to 10 pieces with more detail on each piece (ie. what your role was). Some work is stronger than others. Get rid of the weaker stuff. Maybe then make your thumb nails bigger.
kill the about page. And just keep it to what you have at the bottom of the home page (for about). blog and news get rid of, unless you really plan to keep it updated and have good stuff to post.
