I really hate giving critiques (I hate receiving them too! I often take them personally and get discouraged.)
1. The things I would do is change the navigation link. It gets a bit lost. Perhaps put it right below where the "Hello!" text is located?
2. I am not sure if a search bar is needed, your site is simple enough for people to find the necessary info they need.
I hope this isn't discouraging. Good luck with the site!
