Drop them an email and ask why?
I know I've been in this position a couple of times - epsecially in relation to people on the likes of QBN.
If you're amidst a period of sustained business, forums etc can offer an opportune moment of respite, whereas a considered email contact on the specific subject at hand, which can't be otherwise dealt with because of the period of sustained business, represents a gulf of thought and consideration, 'to be dealt with later, when I have time'.
Trouble is - if you're then 'caught' out in that moment of respite, it makes you look like you're simply being ign'ant.
