    Hi there, good effort!

    There are too many greys going there and not enough contrast. I would limit the colour pallet.
    Logo placement doesn't feel right.
    I like seeing all your work thumbnails how
    Do you need a search?
    Work and About get a bit lost at the top.
    Don't like those strange tab arrow things you have. I feel they get in the way of the work.
    Don't like the way the brown drop down works on the thumbnails, the pop up doesn't work the drop down appears.
    Not really into the work in a pop up (something I need to change on my site too!)
    Titles of work examples feels a bit too far away from the thumbnail.

    Over all I feel it works but still needs a fair amount of work.
