  I just did this for a branding thing i'm doing (fictional pie shop)
  

  

  - I took an original photo, desaturated it.
  - Made a b/w layer and set it to 20%
  - and then i took a sepia tone and put it over the both of them set to multipy ( i think it was multiply)
