  stop watching commercials.
  I was "off" tv from January up until last week, and I have been desensitized to advertising so much so that now watching TV I put everything on mute if its not of interest.

  You'd be surprised how much I wanted a mcRib sandwich even though I haven't had mcDonalds in like 9 months. I mean, its not even a rib for petes sake! So capital F U to advertisements advertising shit you don't need and shit that is potentially harmful to you.
