wow, this topic hit me on the head...good call you guys.
everyone does go through this. i'm going through it. the way i see it now...is: do i really give a shit what you (my boss) did 5 years ago? this is me now. don't give me guilt trips about how i didn't stay and work over time. don't tell me how you once had to create logos on a machine with 128 mb of memory and a wheel mouse. don't say anything that will make you feel like you are a BOSS.
i think i'm getting over it. this is me. you know what i can do. take it or leave it. i don't have anything to prove to you.
