    I play 2,3,7, 10

    2 and 3 can be played on any card.

    2 resets the pack, and you play a second card after.
    3 is invisible, so the next player has to beat the previous card
    7 means the next player has to play equal to or lower than 7.
    10 'burns' the pack, taking the cards in the pile out of play for the game - You also get to go again.

    If four of the same card are played in sequence (without 3s breaking them up) it also burns the pack.

    At the start of the game you have 3 cards turned down, with 3 on top of them and three in your hand. Before the game starts you can substitute the 3 cards face up with any of the cards in your hand.
