cizo brings up a good point. In case you are wondering what differentiates bourbon from other liquors, there are multiple requirements that must be met before the beverage can carry the name.
• It has to be produced in the United States
• It has to have a grain bill that consists of at least half corn
• It has to be aged for a minimum of two years in a brand-new charred oak barrel at a strength of 125 proof
• The finished beverage can be diluted to nothing weaker than 80 proof
