In the P.O. it should read in four(4) parts.
1) Description of Job
2) Creative - Design, Develop, Production: $$$$ Fee
3) License Rights* (in your case 3yrs): $$$$ Fee
4) Disclaimer for further usage beyond said agreed time* Also, within 3) License Rights*.....it would be wise to mention, the target (b2b vs. Consumer), Domestic/International distribution and QTY of the Print run. Those guidelines should determine the price and protect you.
