Completely clean, dust and tidy your office, open the window, get a new air-freshener - one that you really like, vacuum the floor, straighten up everything in the room, take off everything unnecessary from your desk. Get a haircut and some new shoes. Go outside and stay there for an hour, don't come in a do anything on the computer even if you really want to. Change your desktop, make your ui look different, if you're on windoze get a styler app.,
You need to stir your mixture up - that's you, internal and external, your environment, your imagination/world interface and the world you look at. Stir it all up with a big stick, dont' try to get anything accomplished. Recapture the thrill of being on a really great computer (isn't it the best you've ever had !! ?) and sail around the zeitgeist being hyper-critical of all the mundane tedious designer shit out there that passes for cutting-edge work. Get some awesome fonts and use them for no reason in fake little projects that are in colors you'd normally find abhorrent.
Go somewhere you've never gone - my batteries are charged by my first visit to a Renaissance Fair last week - totally immersed in a weird unfamiliar environment, stirred me right up.
Shake rattle and roll, my friend.
