    Great advice from attentionspan, lobsterr and lukeo.

    The major ones I think are -
    Early to bed, early to wake.
    Regular exercise.
    Good diet. (inc vitamin b known as the energy vitamin)
    Regular breaks while working.

    Its easy to sit at a machine for 5 hours solid, but it doesn't help you at all. Starting at screens drains energy like a bitch. Try to get 10 minutes away from a screen (preferably looking at something far away to strengthen your eyes) every 45 mins / an hour if possible.

    Ive known a few smokers who have quit, but have been previously more productive due to the regular breaks and fresh air smoking forces
