    I found this helped:
    Exercise
    Daily lists - not overloaded with work, keep it realistic
    Keeping reg hours - up early, finish on time, relax
    Exhibitions, gigs, something interesting to do after work hours
    Consistent sleep

    Pretty basic stuff I guess but it took me a while to work out!... and working at home is now impossible for me I think. Shared office/studio/library, anything but home!
