Played out right you could make it cost her, make your money back plus some in entertainment. Just skew the relationship from day one that she isn't committed, technically she is, but what could you make her put up with?
Tell her she needs to meet your mother. Invite on vacation, go dutch. If she can't meet your needs, le drama would ensue. Let multiple people manage the "relationship" so she would end up thinking you're schizophrenic and rive her nuts. I'm sure 4 or 5 people in their spare time could appear very needy as one person.
Of course all conversations would be only that, talk but anything to swing her dramatic mood and understanding would be ideal. I find this to be a fair deal as she wants paid for something that comes free in life with mutual respect for others.
