  You'll get a yellow letter first from your ISP telling you that they received a complaint from some Movie or Music company and that you're IP address was tracked down. Your ISP will just warn you and will advise you to stop doing torrents and delete all illegal movies you have and if they catch you again they will give your info to the Movie/Music company.
