specs? that would make all the difference. my hourly rate depends on type of work. i dont charge as much to do flash banners as i do to design a site.. front end programming is more than back end programming. it ranges between 30-70 an hour depending on how much of a pain in the ass it is. ya dig?
you shouldnt ask what someone would charge unless you detail what it is youre charging for. 3k for a super site is not enough. you could get away with anywhere between 4k-20k depending on what kind of site it is. thats a big window.
