In Mongolia they'd charge two medium camels and bag of rice.
Revisions would cost three litres of cow's milk.In Greenland a new pair of gloves and a fishing rod will suffice.
In Australia, beer. Lots of it.
Jokes aside...figure out a completive hourly rate, ask for more details concerning content and use of technology and adjust the number of hours you think you need to complete. If necessary break down the time into manageable chunks...inital concepting, design and design revisions, html production...etc.
