    you can totally do it. like scarabin said buy your tickets early, don't wait till the last minute and wonder why you don't have one. tickets are the first thing you need. after that shelter, food, water, fluffy stuff. etc. lol jk

    this is my first year, i joined an existing camp, they don't provide food but they do have a ton of shade to camp under (very important if you ask me) water, a kitchen and a shower. you can always get ice there. other than coffee at center camp, ice is the only other thing you can actually buy there. there's no merchants so you need to bring in what you need. everyone has different needs, i'm putting extra creativity into my "sleep" space. i want to be able to "rest" (not that i'll be sleeping much i'm sure) but i want a nice comfortable place to crash when i do. i know some even sleep in their car. so it really is depending on you.

    hope you do it. what i realized was that once i set my mind to it everything else just came together. :)
