    I can understand that firing a gun as a sport / discipline at a target might be satisfying. I can understand that in a controlled environment like a shooting range, guns don't pose a threat to anybody else or make wider society a more dangerous place.

    I don't understand how anybody could think that allowing everybody to take their guns home with them after the've been at the range could not make a society more dangerous.

    • guns don't kill people, people kill people. stop blaming the gun and blame the brain holding it
