    2 kinds of creative briefs.....

    1. for Art Director, from CD....
    - Target Market Defined
    - Central Insight into Target Market's Buying Mindset
    - Business Objective
    - Who OKs What, when, budget
    -Short conversation about Client's Psychological State

    2. Designer / Hired Crank-It-Out freelancer,etc
    - Deadline, Budget, Timeline,etc
    - Mood Board / Rough Sketch / Ideas Spelled Out a Bit
    - a short introduction to the project's history, what's a red hot button of hate in the client's mind (some people HATE the color Orange) what's a red hot button of love in client's mind (usually the logo, sometimes a color or typeface)
    - a Clear talk about what's expected at the end of each day, and what's considered going above and beyond

    • and it should go without saying, but CLIENT SHOULD BE INFORMED HE IS NOT THE TARGET MARKET!!!!!vaxorcist
