AND if you have plenty of work a little time to manage it (or specifically painful clients) get a good PM to pester clients and freelancers for your.
- get the job in
- make the bitch to sign on your contracts
- hire a PM
- let him/her hire a team and whip them regularly
- profit
- back to starting pointoh, don't forget setting one or two meetings with the clients (posh restaurant/cocktail bar preferred) to check that everything is going as accorded and their happy with everything. If they aren't you play that you utterly upset and you will take deep measures (?!) to correct that.
