If this was to work, the users should have the ability to add their availability.
Example:

- Off site (global)
- Years of experience
- Available nights and weekend
- Limited availability for meetings and calls during the day
- Skill sets x years (from selection list)- and filter them by this********

- Experience is already summed up in Bio and Client info. Availability isn't specifically useful if people are approaching you for problem solving.
MrAbominable - it's useful in a busy freelance schedule, text field would get cut off in this list fashion********
- always assume that users are dumb and add unnecessary info which most may not care for********
