Stay away from Creative Circle Jerks you don't need them. They are infamous in the industry and pay low wages. I heard a story where they were paying a CD $40 per hour then he found out they were charging $125 per hour for him. Boy was he pissed.
Use them at your own discretion, if you disobey them (work outside their knowlege with a client they rep'd you at) they will sic lawyers on you and the company you attempt to work for. On a side note their female recruiters tend to be ex-designers and are pretty cute.
