Options->Advanced->Connection->S... Proxy Configuration->HTTP Proxy-> enter any number in the following format, nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn, port 80 and click OK. When you want to use the internet just revert the change back to Use System Proxy Settings.
I think the quote "She is fit I am not" is quiet revealing of this relationship (in a bad way) and is probably not healthy for either of you.
