Fuck Discover card!
They raised my interest rate to 21% without telling me, I was a card holder for about 18 years (it was my very first credit card) and I hadn't missed a payment for over a decade.
They said I had to write a letter to ask for them to lower it back to my original rate of 9% then came back with a counter offer of 18%.
I paid it off in full and told them to cancel it then they gave me grief that my credit rating would be lowered if I canceled a card.
