  I'd imagine a smart survey.... asking:

  1. diet
  2. excercise
  3. symptoms of ADD

  Note of course that most people lie about diet and excercise, the questions would have to be smartly worded...

  but a larger study, that co-related all this would be interesting, as long as the sample size and distribution was good....
