    i do believe that everything in the world is energy, (energy is matter, after all, and everything is just energy and matter interchanging), and that it can behave in unexpected ways because we're still kinda stupid and don't know all the details.

    i can see no evidence to support the idea that we can read minds or see the future. declaring something seemingly simple like "i can see the future" comes with a lot more; you're automatically assuming, therefore, that all of history and and future events exist somewhere on some kind of observable continuum and that a person has some kind of special access to it. then you have to build a framework around the theory to support this, and before you know it you've left the realm of reality and have written a science fiction novel
