    ah....

    Developer CV's matter to the people who should not matter but sometimes do.. the PHB's and the HR department, who mostly want acronyms and buzzwords and CYA

    What really matters is:
    1. you actually complete things
    2. you "get it" for the business requirements, you don't go off on tangents and build what YOU want, rather than what THEY need
    3. you can deal with deadlines

    After a few completed successful projects, nobody cares about a resume, a good recommendation from somebody who matters is worth far more....
