  well, i guess you class yourself as a, well i don't know.
  But being aCD rather than a designer is different. The buck stops with you, it's your responsibility. And you have to have people to creativly direct. So if you're a freelance designer, you wouldn't class yourself as a CD. Unless you were a freelance creative director and then you would have to assemble teams or be employed by agencies as a freelance CD.

  I guess, whoever you're dealing with is rubbing you up the wrong way.
