i like the site, color scheme, and the products...functionally, it works well too...what makes it look unprofessional is the photography...the shots need to be color-corrected...the 3 shots of one product often look different, with no set exposure... sometimes one is taken with a flash, etc...get a tripod and set up for all products, then color-correct & levels/curves in PS....
