crazy....i just upped to 8 gigs of ram yesterday on my macbook pro, and can most definitely assure folks that it does indeed speed shit up.
highly recommend it..- ram helps but depends on what your doing to max it. lots of times its placebo********
- im still rocking 6 @ 1877ish and found a few times in my workflow i could use more********
- the few times being rokcing +4 gig photoshop files. on video front i dont know how much ram helps but guessing a lot, still write speeds of disc figure in********
- and write speeds of data has to be mor important im guessing.********
