it's interesting how hollywood has taken storytelling and perfected it– thousands of years of the greatest human themes, archetypes, story arcs have been distilled over the last hundred years into 90 minute blocks of experience that engage us fully, push all our buttons, turn us on, piss us off, make us love, hate, forget where we are.
