i actually use one of these in my office. it helps my back tremendously by alleviating pressure from the spine. i rigged a small desk upside down that holds my monitor, keyboard and mouse inverted so i can work. yeah it makes client meetings awkward because their eye level is staring me right in the crotch, but when i'm 80 and still able to round-house kick people in the face because of my awesome back who will be laughing then? WHO? me that's who.
