In Germany a debate about the future structure of society is gaining momentum

Economists, psychologists, politicians, and businessmen are discussing the model of "Citizen's dividend"
    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cit…
Every German citizen will receive 1000 euros per month, regardless of whether he works or not, ie. this is not unemployment benefits.
Sort of like taxes have an equalizing function, but so does this, only from beneath.

    Key points:
-- Banks, loans and investors do not create jobs. Demand of the population creates a working economy and increased production.
-- The main issue is not about where to get money, but whether there is enough goods. The answer is obviously yes, we live in overproduction.
-- Revival of the family institution, ie when a woman can once again stay at home and get paid standard 1000 euros for housekeeping and child care.
-- Revival of the creative class, artists, musicians etc, and relieve the pressure of the labor market. The work is not a duty but a pleasure.

There is a planned pilot project of 5 years in one part of Germany with high unemployment.

I am in absolute awe. Radically opposite of everything American fatchumming cattle stands for. I'm contemplating of moving there.
