the prob is that streetwear is clearly over-saturated, especially just tees. The quality of the tee design is irrelevant, you need a brand, as that's all that matters in the game. That brand can be quality or it can be shit, as long as people recognize it/and/or value it.
"dude with tee shirt line" is not notable or novel, which is likely why they aren't interested in covering it.
