    Lists are good and don't be afraid to add to the list just get everything from your mind onto the list so you can give your mind some breathing space.

    Next, (actually its something I learned from someone on QBN I don't remember who but it was in a thread of a similar topic), is to separate what your top priorities are from what is important or interesting but not a top priority. Separate stuff that you want to do but should just sit on for a bit. Its not as easy as it sounds but it'll reduce the real list of things to do.

    I have a large notepad document that just keeps growing but its separated into at least 3 sections of priorities. Sometimes I think I'll never get to all these things but I know as long as I keep at the stuff at the top the other stuff will reach the top or simply fade away into the stupid idea I wish I never had pile.
