  My thoughts are the same as the last two threads. The content is fine but the visual design isn't at all appropriate for your target audience. And changing it from a liquid layout to fixed width is such a minor difference that it's hardly worth posting a new thread over. If you aren't going to take peoples' feedback into account (over the colors, logo, visual design) why bother?
