    Its a better solution, yes. But still flawed in my opinion.

    There seems to be quite a loose grid, tighten it up. If you're running with 3 columns then grand, make the buttons, questions, horizontal rules etc stick to those columns. Right now it appears a bit slap-dash and sloppy.

    On the branding, it looks very dated and, I'm sorry if I'm being harsh, unprofessional and rough. The colours you chose don't work very well together and the overall look is quite at odds with the service.

    If this is to making publishing for ipads easier, it should be friendly, inviting, simple and professional. Make it look like you care about the end result, because otherwise potential buyers/clients could be put off by a seemingly 'cheap' site that offers a cheap service that won't work very well. Its a matter or perception.
