  good question!
  I'm starting to build my two websites, one will be just pictures of walls I've painted with horizontal scroll, wall after wall. with the corresponding notes under them.

  on the other it will be illustration and other things I do where you can click to choose either projects or techniques.

  for me it depends of what kind of work you will be presenting and the best way to show it. i also depends on your personal taste. I like both.
