Charcoal is going to give you that good grilling smokey taste takes a while to heat up
gas is fast to heat up , but refilling the tanks could be a pain
comes down to the taste imho (smokey or non)
- gas taste the food not the soot, add hickory bricks to a gas grill for smoke hint without the soot********
- alls you have to do is buy a new gas canister...? We bbq alot and only replace it 2-3 times a yeartoe_knee
