I love my veggies, fish, red meat, grains and poultry. Trying to limit sugar and dairy. And just snack on nuts and water throughout the day (nh)
We evolved with incisors for ripping flesh and molars for mashing up veggies. Rounded out diets enabled us to survive all kinds of shit. adaptable humans yay. Just don't bite off more than you can chew.
A woman studying to be a nurse once told me that healthy diets depend on your blood type(?) like I'm a certain blood type where its way healthier to consume red meat once or twice a week. She didn't have charts or studies or anything on hand, but seemed plausible. heard of this?
