The hate comes from USA -government and business people- being responsible for the cultural colonialism and progressive impoverishment of most of the countries in South America, made possible due to the abundance of South American corrupt politicians, always keen on selling the countries, resources and even people for their own benefit.
The note about Harvard was from my experience of working with Harvard MBA graduates when I lived in the States. They openly admitted that the Uni was a lot about belonging to the Alumni and the networking possibilities and very little about actually learning.
Now that I've explained myself, we can move on. I might even get some zebra woozies...
