Inexpensive living, median house price is about $240k. Very stable economy, one of the best in the US. 30-45 minutes to 10 ski resorts, with the BEST powder on earth, hands down. Killer mountain biking near and far. 15 minutes to an international airport. The city is up and coming on the culture/art side, for a city of its size, but it's a great place to call home especially if you like access to the mountains and southern Utah. Mormons have never been a problem, good people for the most part...and no, I'm not mormon.
