Bought my 73 year old mother a computer and now I get calls at all hours with her needing help and just tonight I spent a half hour on the phone helping her purchase something on Amazon. Can you imagine how difficult it was for me to explain to her that the captcha characters were case sensitive - when I said "Mom, be sure to type the letters as capital if it shows as capital" and she then said, "Should I do the same for the numbers?" We laughed and then she spent 5 minutes debating and explaining as to why it could be an x or maybe a j - almost lost my mind! Gotta love em' though, they've put up with our shit!
