This isn't very outrageous, but VERY disgusting...
In middle school, we'd often play soccer for phys ed. During one game, this kid goes to boot the ball, misses it and kicks the defender right under the kneecap. He dislodges the defender's kneecap upwards by about five inches and actually bends his knee backwards a bit. The defender passes out from the pain and the kid is just in shock from what he's done.
That image still haunts me. Poor kid had do have major knee surgery to attach all his ligaments again, but as far as i know he's fully recovered.
