If you dont have one of the tablets then you should.
You should be asking yourself these questions:
Will the user be able to rotate the tablet? if so is it landscape or portrait?
If no then design to the dimensions...If yes try to have fun with a liquid layout or work with the guy who is going to be building it by using css @media declarations... if he/she doesnt know what those are then tell him to google it.
- Also find out what browser the tablet is using and if it has to work on any other tabletStugoo
